What personal information do we collect and retain?

When you register to use the Gardner+Lang website or subscribe to any Gardner+Lang Report or service, we may collect personal information such as your name, organisation and contact details including your e-mail address. We do not, at this time, collect or store any credit card details.

If you use the website to research or browse our information, we will not collect any personal information about you. If you send us an email, we will record your email address in order to respond to you.

Why do we collect your personal information?

Personal information is collected for the purpose of being able to provide a tailored e-mail information service to you, which is a function of Gardner+Lang as an Investor resource centre. It enables us to make contact with you and respond to queries from you by e-mail and other means.

We may use your personal information to alert you to any emerging opportunities in the property market, which may effect you as an Investor.

We may also use your personal information to advise you of new products and enhancements.

You will be given the option not to receive further promotional material each time we contact you.

Only authorised employees or contractors of Gardner+Lang have access to this personal information, and solely for the purpose of managing our relationship with you and responding to your enquiries.

What other information is collected on the Gardner+Lang website?

Statistical information is collected from log files such as the length of each visit to our website and the geographic location of that visitor. These are anonymous statistics and do not contain personal information.

Gardner+Lang uses cookies to track visitor activity through our site but no personal information is stored in these cookies. The cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer and not at the Gardner+Lang website.
